Diagnostics

After contacting us, we analyze all available preliminary findings that you have provided via email, post, WhatsApp, or in person. Your observations, photos, and videos are thoroughly reviewed (with a consultation of at least 30 minutes). Emergency cases are treated immediately.
A thorough clinical, orthopedic, or neurological examination will be carried out, along with additional diagnostic procedures if necessary, either in-house (X-ray, ultrasound, laboratory) or with our partners (CT, MRI). All findings are discussed with you, and a diagnosis for your pet is established. Together with you, and always with your pet’s well-being in mind, we determine the optimal treatment plan and schedule a date for surgery or further care.
